We are offering 2 options for children to attend a fun filled day camp
at EVS. We are offering a 4 hour session on Saturdays to cover the basics of horse care including grooming, horse-human
communication, anatomy, handling, feeding, first aid and safety sense including proper attire and equipment. The
amount of riding time will depend on the size of the group.
We are also offering a 7 hour session on Thursdays for the more advanced students. These
sessions will teach the same basis skills as the 4 hour session but will also include a lesson of horsemanship while riding.
All participants are required to wear pants and the proper footwear. We will provide the proper
headwear.
The 4 hour sessions cost $35/day and the 7 hour is $45/day.
Bring a sack lunch.
